About Her:
Tomoka (Tomo-chan) is Sakuno's friend. She's also the self-proclaimed president of Echizen Ryoma's fanclub xD. She's really noisy and hyperactive, I wouldn't be surprised if she ends up with Horio-kun. She loves cheering for Seigaku, to the point of wearing cheering uniforms, drawing banners, and babbling to the rivals xDD.
